Communications Manager

The National Resource Center on Domestic Violence is looking for a full-time, dedicated change maker to provide collaborative leadership and oversight to NRCDV’s communications strategy. We embrace an intersectional approach to addressing and preventing domestic violence and any form of gender-based violence that works to dismantle all forms of structural oppression and the people it impacts

The communications manager will ensure effective and consistent branding and messaging as well as advancement of NRCDV’s values and mission. The ideal candidate ensures that NRCDV’s multiple communications platforms effectively build knowledge, advance survivor-defined advocacy, promote best intervention and prevention policies and practices, and create and sustain supportive linkages with other related social and racial justice movements.

Salary range for this remote-friendly full-time position is $69,000/$75,000, along with a robust benefits package including comprehensive healthcare insurance, retirement plan, vacation & personal time.

Digital Communications Specialist

We are seeking an exciting, creative, and dynamic change maker to join our communications team. If you “get” brand messaging, audience engagement, and conversion strategies, we want to talk to you. Put your mad social media skills to work as a Digital Communication Specialist for an organization committed to gender, racial, economic, and social justice.

The position plays a key role in development and execution of NRCDV’s online communications strategy. This includes advancing our social media strategy to increase relevance and visibility with all audiences, ensuring the accessibility of resources, tools, print and digital media, and increasing effectiveness of internal and external communication strategies.

Salary range for this remote-friendly, full-time position is $40-45,000/year, along with a robust benefits package including comprehensive healthcare insurance, retirement plan, vacation & personal time.
