Vice President of Advancement & Organizational Sustainability

The National Resource Center on Domestic Violence is looking for a full-time, dedicated change maker to create an integrated resource development strategy for the organization.

Tasks under this position:

Ensure the development and progress of fund development plan; coordinate annual appeals, grant opportunities, special events, corporate and foundation giving; provide leadership to Organizational Development & Sustainability and IT Teams; build visibility of organization; coordinate with Board of Directors and Fund Development Committee.

Salary range for this position is $84,000 - 120,000 year, along with a robust benefits package including comprehensive healthcare insurance, retirement plan, group life, short & long term disability, worker's compensations, sick, vacation & personal time.
