DVAM 2016 is Now!

"In Plain Sight" 7th Annual Domestic Violence Conference

TurnAround, Baltimore County DSS, and the Domestic Violence Coordinating Council invite the community to their 7th Annual Domestic Violence Conference, featuring Keynote Speaker Leslie Morgan Steiner, author of "Crazy Love” and a panel moderated by Tracy Brown, Executive Director of the Woman's Law Center. Morning and afternoon workshops include:

  • Helping Foreign Victims with Immigration Issues
  • Domestic Violence Advocates and Child Protective Services Working Together
  • Gangs and Domestic Violence
  • Domestic Violence in the Latino Culture
  • Use of Technology in Stalking
  • Firearms and Domestic Violence: A Deadly Combination

Continental breakfast and sit down lunch are included. Resource Tables are also available to promote your agency or market other domestic violence items for an additional fee of $20. Earn 5 CEU credits. Registration deadline is September 6, 2013.
