Domestic Violence Awareness Project: 2009 Resource Packet
by Domestic Violence Awareness Project, National Resource Center on Domestic Violence (2009)
The Domestic Violence Awareness Project (DVAP) is coordinated by the National Resource Center on Domestic Violence in collaboration with the Project Advisory Group, a unique partnership of local, tribal, state and national domestic violence organizations and networks. The DVAP strives to develop and distribute resources and ideas relevant to your ongoing education efforts in preparation for Domestic Violence Awareness Month (DVAM), traditionally observed in October, and throughout the year. This packet is distributed to advocates throughout the nation and abroad, and made available electronically on the DVAP website. The 2009 packet includes a collection of informational materials, fact sheets, articles and order forms for items available from the various organizations represented on the Project Advisory Group, as well as other national, statewide, and culturally specific organizations and projects.
